About the Role: Seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to manage client onboarding for specific sales desks within the Corporate and Investment Bank. This role supports the Sales team and reports to the New Business Management Group, focusing on the Sponsored Products group, specifically Repo/Sponsored Repo products.
Responsibilities:
Participate in project work related to Treasury Clearing, managing project deadlines and providing frequent progress updates.
Collaborate with the Sales team to manage the client onboarding pipeline, establish priorities, and provide regular status updates to Sales, clients, the Negotiation Team, and Operations.
Assist in designing and implementing an enhanced onboarding process, including checklists, milestone tracking, and documenting procedures/best practices.
Submit requests for account opening and new client onboarding.
Partner with Sales, Relationship Managers, clients, or third-party advisors to collect relevant agreements and documents for Operations, Credit, and Negotiation teams (e.g., organizational documents, tax forms).
Act as a central point of contact for onboarding matters, including setting priorities, driving execution, providing client documents, addressing questions regarding client setups, and tracking/reporting status.
Coordinate with the Negotiation Team to ensure necessary documentation is in place.
Work with Operations to ensure timely account opening.
Ensure platform mappings are completed in collaboration with the client and the desk.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in Project Management/Financial Services, specifically Treasury Clearing and Repo.
Familiarity with Client Onboarding and Data Management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to partner with multiple groups to drive resolution.
