We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubois, PA. The ideal candidate will work M-F in an office setting,
POSITION OVERVIEW: To perform routine clerical and administrative support. Implements administrative systems, procedures and policies, and monitors administrative projects.
Schedule Detail: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
Principal Responsibilities:
Coordinate, organize and perform general administrative duties to include typing, faxing, copying, answering telephones, and filing as needed.
Gathers, sorts, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail within the department.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for department staff.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements; calls for repairs.
Maintain office supplies for department; approves special office supply requests.
Maintain department files and library including record retention program.
Prepare and submit monthly forms, invoices and check requests.
Assures that all assigned projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner and follow-up is done on all administrative details.
Provides backup support to front desk receptionist.
Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education: One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Five years of Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant experience supporting management staff in a professional corporate office environment.
License/Certification: NA
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task
