Reporting to the Team Leader of the functional sub-area, the Electrical Systems Engineer is responsible for performing tasks within a framework of specific instructions, technical functions inside a work team focused on a specific task or project including the definition of processes and action plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyse and track multidisciplinary evolving stakeholder requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Work closely with internal functional departments to ensure that the stakeholder requirements are understood and fulfilled.
Define internal system specifications which will guide the design of electronic products.
Generate system architectures which describe all system elements, the relation to each other, and the interfaces as well as the dynamic behaviour of the system.
Support System Integration and Validation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar Engineering field of study is required
Minimum 2 years of experience working with and/or defining customer requirements is required; 5 or more is a plus
Experience in the definition of engineering / electrical system architecture is higly desired
Knowledge of ISO26262 and KGAS standards is desired
Knowledge of ALM tools, as PTC Windchill RV&S tool and Polarion tool, and SysML modeling tools, as PTC Windchill Modeler tool and Enterprise Architect tool is desired
Experience in power electronics is a plus
Previous experience in direct contact with customer and suppliers is required
