DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire an Process Auditor/Trainer to join our team in our Peachtree Corners, GA location. This individual will introduce and train on new company initiatives and be involved in our new hire experience! JOB RESPONSIBILITES:



  • Collaborate with other Area Administration Business Specialist to define, research, and implement new or updated company initiatives

  • Introduce and train on new company initiatives to the organization

  • Review daily business processes to identify areas of improvement, develop an audit plan, report results and recommendations

  • Train on processes to improve compliance

  • Work closely with Corporate Auditor

  • Ensure consistency in processes and procedures within the area first and within the company second

  • Monitor our Onboarding Program to ensure a positive and successful new hire experience

  • Assist Team Impact with coordinating employee activities, community outreach, and team building events

  • Be available to travel up to 65% of the time when conditions permit, within the Area to Satellites and other areas as required

  • Ability to work additional hours as required

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager


JOB REQUIREMENTS:



  • A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience/training in process improvements required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Must have strong analytical skills, mathematical reasoning, problem solver, people skills, quickly learn, polished public speaking

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
