State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) is seeking a skilled and proven Technology Regulatory Program Manager, Managing Director to coordinate people and processes to ensure regulatory programs are delivered on time and produce the desired results. What you will be responsible for


  • Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected regulatory programs

  • Overseeing consistent and horizontal governance mechanisms across all initiatives

  • Ensuring consistent governance and RAG status management is consistent across all programs

  • Managing cross-dependencies and critical path items

  • Providing oversight and challenge around critical tollgates

  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities

  • Apply change, risk and resource management

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of regulatory programs

  • Measure program performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques and maximize ROI

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Perform risk management to minimize program risks; resolve programs' higher scope issues

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation

  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

  • Working knowledge of Clarity PPM tool would be helpful

  • Knowledge and familiarity with existing regulatory programs


Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Business, or a related field

  • Graduate degree preferred

  • Minimum of 12-15+ years proven related experience with 7-10 years experience as part of a leadership team

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $267,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
