Job Opportunity: Marketing Position at Karcher Post Acute

Location: Beautiful Nampa, Idaho
Salary: $75,000 - $145,000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and strengthen partnerships, especially with hospitals and healthcare providers.


• Strategize and implement marketing plans to promote our facility's services and exceptional care.


• Engage with the community to build a network of connections that support patient growth and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare marketing, ideally with connections in hospitals, is a plus.


• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong ability to work independently and meet goals.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain partnerships.


• Five (5) years experience in marketing/public relations in a health care setting may be recognized in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
