Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Portfolio Management Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the organization, providing advanced analytics and reporting on the investment agenda to ensure performance from concept through benefits realization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and manage project portfolio analysis for enterprise decision making and governance, including modeling of financial and human capacity constraints, development of options for optimization, and rebalancing of the project agenda for optimal execution and benefit realization.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve project portfolio management processes to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain the tools necessary to support project portfolio process and methodology.
- Own, monitor, and administer the framework for project and portfolio reporting, including project reporting and dashboards.
- Dissect, assess, and coach the organization's leadership on business case development and benefit realization.
- Conduct project and portfolio assessments and provide recommendations to governing boards and executives.
- Participate and monitor project concept, planning, and execution to secure and maintain alignment across the organization.
- Facilitate annual portfolio and project planning process with key business stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:
- 6-7 years of relevant technical and/or business experience.
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Experience in the Insurance/Financial Industry, preferably Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
