Lead discovery efforts to gather essential information and document business needs for digital marketing campaigns
Build an in-depth understanding of client businesses and data capabilities to optimize campaign targeting and execution
Create, maintain, and share comprehensive solution documentation and detailed campaign plans
Provide expert consultation to engineering and development teams on solution requirements throughout platform implementations and campaign builds
Oversee quality assurance and testing processes to ensure solutions align with client business needs
Initiate and manage platform and campaign change controls, coordinating with stakeholders
Serve as the primary MarTech contact for internal and client teams, addressing platform-related requests
Support senior team members in MarTech discovery and roadmapping efforts
Assist the Campaign Operations team for ongoing campaign development
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a marketing-related role, with a focus on omni-channel campaign management
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably at a digital-first agency or consultancy
Proficiency with cross-channel campaign management platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or Braze
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, testing, and deployment, including email, text, and push notifications
Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements for stakeholders
Proven experience in quality assurance, including defining test plans and verifying data flows and campaign touchpoints
Basic understanding of marketing databases, data management, ETLs/APIs, and identity management
Certifications in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud are a plus
A fast learner with the ability to pick up new technologies and tools quickly
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
Self-driven and able to work independently, with a proven capacity to drive results in an evolving environment
