Your Role:
The Supply Planning Expert will be part of the 'External Manufacturing - Supply Chain' team within the Life Science Supply Chain organization and will oversee planning/buying finished goods from external manufactures throughout the world. Job duties include:
Ensure all defined key performance indicators are achieved (e.g. on time delivery) to increase customer satisfaction at reasonable costs
Planning/buying activities of finished goods will be one of your major tasks including maintenance of purchasing parameters of your portfolio and alignment with a variety of internal stakeholders like Sourcing/Marketing/Quality/Finance
Collaboration with the global suppliers and prepare/lead monthly supply chain meetings with key supplier
Responsible for global projects, such as production transfers between suppliers and improvement of reporting
Who You Are
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or other Business field
2 + years of supply chain or life science sector experience
Preferred Qualification:
Strong communication skills
Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and analytical skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with high level of self-motivation and agility
Open-minded team player with understanding of cultural diversities
Ability to balance priorities/work under pressure
