We're looking for a Manufacturing Training Specialist who will lead development and implementation of supply capability programs .

What are we looking for?

• Ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices


• Relevant experience gained through a combination of job-related training/education and considerable work experience


• Ability to c omplete work with a limited degree of supervision

What will be your key responsibilities?

• D evelop, plan, and implement training strategy to manage, motivate and support training department in providing high quality work products


• Lead the implementation of capability programs to sustain functional knowledge and behavior within the entire supply organization


• Design, plan, execute, and monitor of supply chain activities with the objective of creating net value, building a competitive infrastructure, leveraging worldwide logistics


• Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
