We are looking for a HR Solutions Senior Manager/Lead who will be responsible for HR solutions design, customer partnership, process, and project management.
What will be your key responsibilities?
You will be an innovative Leader in HR technology that manages a progressive agenda including leveraging existing technologies while adopting new digital HR technologies to enhance customer experience.
You will lead and develop the HR technology function.
You will enable the technology ecosystem by focusing on global consistency, compliance, scalability and data accuracy.
You will provide guidance globally for Global HR solutions and works closely with IT / vendor to ensure continuity and improvement of services to HR and the business.
You will identify and support effective continuous improvement approach and implement change communication mechanisms with appropriate compliance.
You will lead and focus on automation, efficiency, digital operations, and new technology development
What are we looking for?
You will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
You will have strong proven leadership experience with HR technology solution design
You will be a dedicated global Workday & ServiceNow expertise preferred
You will have experience in automation
You will be a stronger people leader who can collaborate, in a matrixed environment, with multi-cultural and remote peers/ project teams. Line management of 5 associates.
