Core4ce is seeking a Technical SETA to join our Springfield, VA office team. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently with the ability to analyze policy in relationship to the historical and future direction of the organization and provide analysis and recommendations through white papers, briefings, talking points, or other formats, in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning all aspects of project performance including full responsibility for long-range planning. Utilizing functional area expertise gained through direct industry experience to assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its critical components. Working with senior managers and executives to provide industry vision and strategic direction about their enterprise. Guiding the determination of information technology inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional area’s ability to support/meet organizational goals.
  • Generate functional area strategies for enhanced Information Technology (IT) operations in a cross-functional area mode throughout the organization. Participating in account strategy sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews to validate enterprise approach and associated work products.
  • Researching developments in field of expertise and applying them to the client environment, including emerging technologies, lessons learned, best practices, and assessment methodologies. Interfacing with client personnel at all organizational levels. Developing white papers and system documentation. Converting functional specifications to technical specifications.
  • Facilitate cross communications between various DoD intelligence and intelligence-related sensitive activities and with Intelligence Community partners.
  • Frequently brief and engage senior leadership and other partner stakeholders.
  • Provide insight and advice concerning strategic direction and applicability of industry standard solutions.
  • Provide high level vision to influence complex milestones to accomplish program objectives.
  • Provide specific expertise in support of the creation of comprehensive methods for describing current and future strategic milestones of the project.
  • Provide technical expertise for the conduct of assessments to include provisions of strategic perspectives on operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, STEM or Computer Science/Engineering or Bachelors Degree and 8 years of experience.

  • Expert in one or more of the following areas: Army PED, Air Force PED, Navy PED, Marine PED, information assurance, Maritime operations, medium altitude, high altitude, data, test & evaluation, captured enemy materials, AI work, engineering & integration, acquisition lifecycle & management.

  • Possess ability to meet and operate under deadlines.

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance is required; CI Polygraph may be required.
