Technician Service Coordinator

We are looking for an individual to be our scheduling master across multiple divisions and locations. We are looking for this person to be located in either Atlantic City or Las Vegas, as they will be scheduling for both locations. A remote position is open to discussion, but office time is also required.

Your Typical Day

• Operate multiline phone system and direct calls to appropriate personnel

• Schedule both new and recurring services

• Verification of technician notes before and after every service

• Morning job reviews from the previous night and handling any customer inquiries

• Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD

What Will You Bring?

• High school diploma or GED; and six months related experience

• Ability to regularly meet deadlines

• Ability to prioritize jobs and multitask

• NetSuite, ServiceTrade, SalesForce, Contact Management System, Word processing system, and Gmail

• Desire to continuously build knowledge and skills
