Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst - Advanced in Cary, NC/ Hybrid.


Role Description


• Works closely on the annual planning process and ensure that service mix and budgets are in line with management and business requirements.
• Develop and deliver multi-year complex financial models inclusive of asset/capital projections and ROIs.
• Prepare executive-level materials demonstrating and simplifying complex business messages.
• Identify operational/data gaps and deliver cross-functional resolutions via process/controls implementations.
• Manage large data operations and preparation for annual Industry Benchmarking, including analysis and communication of benchmark performance to Technology Senior Leadership team.
• Analyzes spending trends to ensure proper spend. Provides Finance with accurate forecasts. Collects, consolidates, and analyzes materials as necessary to facilitate decision making related to the program and service investments.
• Supports senior leadership through financial modeling & analysis for M&A activities impacting Global Infrastructure.
• Develop service delivery strategy, determines the services to be offered, define tiered/differentiated services and measured with respect to value to the end user/stakeholders.
• Participates in the monthly manager staff meetings to review service delivery reporting package and benchmarking of internally or externally-delivered services.
• Coordinates country-specific legal and financial compliance reviews.
• Analyzes organization's experience with all regions for relevance to current or potential business.
• Explores application-related issues with both business and IT professionals. Consults on conversion and retirement of core systems.
• Monitors industry for new approaches to application development and implementation.
• Supports standardization, leveraging best practices for the service management delivery process across the organization.
• Provides guidance and coaching to lower level associates.


Skills & Requirements


• 10+ years of broad IT experience, including application development or infrastructure engineering/support
• Excellent MS Excel skills for financial/mathematical modeling
• Excellent MS PowerPoint skills, including development of Executive Level presentations
• Excellent Communications & Relationship building skills
• Knowledge & experience in TBM Taxonomy
• Knowledge of IT services and financial management processes and best practices such as budgeting, cost allocations, capital and operating expense handling
