RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Infrastructure Architect to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

• The Infrastructure Architect is deeply involved with the planning, installation, configuration, and optimization of infrastructure components in the companies enterprise environment


• Ensures the stability, integrity and efficiency of information systems that support the infrastructure within our company


• Interacts with Information Technology (IT), support staff, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, evaluate solutions, resolve issues, communicate status, and document system changes


• Must think both at the micro and macro level of how infrastructure components interact

REQUIREMENTS:

• 12+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer, Network Administrator, Network Engineer, Storage Engineer, or Architect


• Experience with multi-domain level infrastructures (e.g, network trusts, etc.)


• Experience with security mechanisms


• Experience with mergers and acquisitions


• Experience with managing vendors


• Experience managing a Microsoft 365 environment


• Strong experience in networking, WAN/LAN, firewalls, VPN, and distributed configurations


• Experience with end point security tools


• Experience with deploying software, updates, and configurations centrally (both Mac and Windows)


• Experience with monitoring solutions


• Experience with Okta, AD, Microsoft Entra AD and other integrated IAM solutions to work together as a wholistic system


• Experience leading, coaching, and encouraging team members to reach their full potential


• Ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to business leaders and technical resources in clear concise language; to convey clear, concise information in verbal, written, electronic, and other communication formats; and to demonstrate active listening while engaging others


• Ability to develop and maintain positive business relationships and foster an environment of mutual respect, understanding, trust, and support


• Ability to assess situations and identify solutions that resolve issues; to recommend, develop, and implement short and long-term solutions, and to apply effective problem solving and decision-making to address business needs and issues


• Ability to work with little supervision, with some ambiguity, and within changing priorities in a dynamic rapidly changing and growing environment


• Interact professionally and effectively with IT Leadership through verbal and written communication


• Ability to delegate tasks or responsibilities to those not within immediate management responsibilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
