RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Risk Analyst in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Risk Analyst who has a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities and be able to identify, research, and analyze complex issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting or related field a plus


• 2+ years of relevant experience in risk management


• Proficient with G-Suite and other relevant software


• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail


• Proven ability to deescalate customers and effectively handle difficult situations


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks


• Exceptional time management skills


• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet SLAs


• Strong work ethic with high integrity and ethics


• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills


• Strong understanding of customer service and customer empathy


• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
