RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager, Enterprise/Cross Domain for a long term contract. This role is 6 months to start with long term potential based on performance. The location is San Francisco, CA, San Jose or Rocklin, CA. This person will be in office Monday-Friday. The start date is asap.

Overview:
The client is looking for an experienced Program Management professional to deliver complex, large-scale enterprise application/solutions within a retail environment. This Program Manager is an individual contributor role and will act as a domain lead and oversee to report progress/alerts at a Domain-level in addition to hands-on executing projects assigned to them. They may participate in annual planning, domain flights plans, projects intake/ funding approvals. The candidate will be presenting project alerts in leadership meetings and headlines alerts in executive meetings and possess strong relevant domain knowledge to drive meaningful action items with stakeholders including business partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, with experience managing large, highly visible software and application development projects


• Retail experience is required


• Experience with projects related to cross-domain and ecommerce integration (frontend ecommerce to backend order management and supply chain systems)


• Ability to be hands on - partnering with stakeholders to create a detailed project plan, break program into multiple tracks, manage different work streams, and manage those tracks of work as needed, as well as manage risk/budget/resources and partner with other leaders on prioritization

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
