The Field Service Engineer is a member of the Customer Support Department and is responsible for the installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of Makino machinery at customer locations. We are seeking customer focused professionals with a positive attitude and great customer service skills. Company vehicle provided, OT after 8 hours, t raining and relocation provided for you to become one of the best Service Engineers in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair CNC machines and other industrial equipment
Provide on-site technical support to clients
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Train clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment
Document all service and repair activities
Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Engineer
Experience with CNC installation and repair
Experience with industrial maintenance repair
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Valid Driver's License.
