Job Summary
Oversees data management and training activities and manages team. Administers, evaluates, and improves data management training. Implements and ensures compliance with standard policies, procedures, and practices. Tests and evaluates systems and processes regularly and collaborates to design and maintain integrated systems. Researches technologies and investigates methods for integration with existing data management systems. Develops and conducts research related training programs and manages the day-to-day program operations. Establishes metrics to evaluate program success, conducts surveys and analysis, and ensures needs are fulfilled. Provides direction and technical assistance and ensures quality and accreditation of the program.
Essential Functions
Manages data management team, including hiring, conducting performance reviews, documenting disciplinary actions, and other human resource administration; manages work schedules and approves timecards.
Devises and implements comprehensive training programs for use across the department.
Designs, develops, schedules, and conducts research related training for internal and external stakeholders, including entities such as healthcare providers, community coalitions, and other institutions.
Designs and establishes metrics to evaluate the success of the programs. Conducts surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.
Conducts needs analyses to direct research and data collection.
Interfaces with outside organizations and ensures adherence to federal, state, and local guidelines in maintaining accreditation for the training programs.
Performs quality assurance. Ensures the quality of all training logistics and new training resources and presentations.
Organizes and compiles the work of the instructional design team.
Oversees quarterly CPR training services for all department clinical personnel. Maintains instructor-level certification necessary to conduct training and certification with an accredited agency.
