We are looking for an Alliance Leader to join our global industry team who is an entrepreneurial self-starter that will define, execute and manage our Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) industry alliance strategy. This person must have experience building and managing trusted relationships with partners and clients as well as possess a track record of developing go-to-market assets, pipeline and achieving quota targets across technology platforms.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Healthcare & Life Sciences industry alliance leaders, sales teams, customer leaders and our Global Technology organization to drive solutions and sales activity for impactful outcomes. We are open to hiring this role at the Senior Manager or Director level.
What You'll Do
Build, execute and manage alliance strategy across Slalom Healthcare & Life Sciences industry partners.
Develop repeatable solutions, accelerators, and workshops, and formulate joint go to market (GTM) strategies for our Healthcare and Life Sciences industries
Provide accelerator use cases and coordinate with technical, functional, and industry SMEs to advance a portfolio of targeted industry accelerators and solutions.
Identify, scope, and own new relationships with select HCLS specific partners (I.e., Veeva, Epic)
Identify, build, and manage new consortiums or collaborations within the partner ecosystem.
Identify, promote and scale good partnering motions and assist with funding and soliciting funding for partner-based initiatives.
Drive sales and revenue growth across Healthcare and Life Sciences customers by accelerating the industry relationships with our current and prospective partners.
Articulate Slalom's industry value proposition and develop HCLS specific contents.
Run campaigns in partnership with our HCLS marketing team leveraging industry solutions to partners and build awareness.
Partner with Partner Development Managers and Partner Sales Managers in markets to bring HCLS partner & technology content to drive pipeline.
What You'll Bring
Deep knowledge in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry to build assets needed to drive business.
Must have working knowledge of Gen AI to develop and drive solutions.
Prior experience working in the consulting services industry and/or with partners within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with industry leaders and sales teams.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and revenue.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of creating compelling content and delivering impactful presentations.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.For this position, the base salary pay range for Sr. Manager $123,000 to $234,000, and for Director $146,000 to $270,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
