Position: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Chula Vista, CA
Pay Rate: $20 to $25 per hour
Schedule: On-site, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Support the front desk and assist guests in a timely manner
Schedule appointments
Answer phone calls and route callers to the correct party
Accurately record information into database
Support the retail store
Issue key cards and badges
Prepare outgoing correspondence
Demonstrate high-level customer service and professionalism
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
3+ years of related customer service and front desk administrative assistant experience
Excellent communication skills
