Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Close quarterly books and prepare journal entries


• Completing balance sheet


• Manage banking and investing accounting functions


• Reconciling grant funding accounts and schedules


• Compiling financial reports and reconciling financial statements


• Posting of company payroll


• Maintaining accurate documentation and records for back-up


• Preparing for company compliance audit

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting


• 5+ Years of Experience


• Starting Hourly Rate Range $35/hr. - $40/hr.
