Ledgent Technology is supporting a client in the search for a NetSuite Specialist to join their team. In this IT role, you will lead all NetSuite and information technology system initiatives for the client's factory and related operations.
Things You'll Do:
Lead all NetSuite and systems initiatives as defined and prioritized by Leadership.
Identify and address potential NetSuite and other system/automation/integration gaps, including scanning and inventory movement automation capabilities.
Troubleshoot any NetSuite or other system-related issues.
Train users on NetSuite and other systems as needed.
Build customized NetSuite reporting in partnership with business owners, ensuring reports are organized in NetSuite and shared with appropriate users.
Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) setup.
Perform ongoing NetSuite maintenance, including adding new items and vendor profiles.
Lead various projects as needed, including:
Raw Material Sourcing, Pricing, and Terms Improvement.
Managing stock inventory and training employees on the input of export documents into NetSuite.
Assisting warehouse employees in developing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for export documents.
Overseeing and training related tasks.
What It Takes:
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
A minimum of five to seven years of experience with NetSuite.
NetSuite certification is required.
Experience in a business analyst role is preferred.
Solid understanding of business processes.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
