About the job - Summer 2025
Preparation/Training
Gain Basic knowledge of our key product lines through online and one on one training with product team members.
Gain familiarity with our sales process, Application and Sales Teams
Understand the quotation process and be able to work within the CRM
Introduction to our on-line chat process for customer support
Quote to Win
Follow up (phone, email) quotations through contact with our channels and end users
Gather predetermined key information (status, timeline, competitiveness, pricing, etc) for each quotation and update the CRM accordingly
Enlist Technical Sales and / Sales to aid in answering detailed technical or commercial concerns
Key Performance Metrics
Quotation Hit Rate
In conjunction with the CRM we will track progress of quotations from quote to order. Monitoring # of contacts and timeline.
What you know:
Curious, strong abstract reasoning ability
Willingness to pursue business opportunities, thoroughness
Ability to professionally communicate via phone, email, etc. across sales and technical teams
Ability to gain basic knowledge of our key product lines quickly
