The Total Rewards Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the design and implementation of The Heritage Groups' benefits and well-being programs which are a part of the total rewards center of excellence. Leveraging high analytical skills and attention to detail, this role will work closely with the total rewards team to assess and optimize our total rewards strategy, contributing to attracting and retaining top talent while ensuring competitive total rewards practices. This role will collaborate with various departments and THG operating companies, contributing to maintain a fair and equitable total rewards structure that aligns with business goals and fosters employee engagement.

Essential Functions
Work with the Total Rewards team on benefits and well-being projects
Conduct market research and data analysis to ensure that our total rewards programs are competitive and align with THG total rewards guiding principles
Coordinates, plans, and facilitates well-being programs and initiatives for employees
Leverage analytics to ensure that our total rewards programs effectively support the needs of employees while aligning with the overarching business strategy
Partners with Marcom on total rewards communications and strategies including the Total Rewards Portal
Develop and monitor total rewards metrics to measure the ROI of our total rewards programs
Serves as point of contact of the EAP and Emergency Fund Programs
Supports due diligence of new mergers and acquisitions related to benefit programs
Supports the development of presentations for THG Benefits Committee meetings
Collaborates with key stakeholders and colleagues across the business including HRSS and Finance
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, finance, business, math, or related field
Experience Qualifications
2-3 years' experience in the benefits and well-being space in an analyst role
