This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Hours may vary based on operational needs.

We are seeking a RN Director, UW Health Kids Ambulatory Operations to:

• Direct Pediatric Specialty Care Clinics within AFCH, Waisman Center, and other pediatric specialty care sites as indicated.
• Lead nursing and clinical practice oversight.
• Standardizing care within the specialty clinic to improve patient outcomes and reduce variation in care delivery as patient transitions from one setting to another.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
• Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration Preferred

Work Experience

• 5 years relevant experience in the management of ambulatory services and/or programs Required
• Has held administrative position in a large academic or complex health program that included clinical operations Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse and eligible to practice in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
