Job Description:

As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that effectively position our products in target markets, enhance brand visibility, and drive impactful campaigns. Collaborating closely with product line management, sales, and marketing managers, you will ensure cohesive marketing strategies and consistent messaging across our portfolios. Additionally, you will provide project direction and prioritize initiatives for graphic design and multimedia resources, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with our marketing objectives.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Create marketing content and collateral and manage the approval process to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events, advertising, and social media calendars.

  • Utilize content management system to update CQmedical.com and distributor portal.

  • Support the Education Center and sales team in developing sales tools.


 


Detailed Responsibilities



  • Develop print and digital materials such as product notifications, brochures, setup sheets, and technical data sheets.

  • Assist with the annual revision of the Innovations Guide catalog.

  • Assist with training support materials for our multi-channel sales organization, including direct sales, distributors, and OEMs.

  • Ensure compliance with marketing standard operating procedures and policies.

  • Update and maintain collateral in marketing libraries.

  • Guide product and clinical photography needs for new and existing products.

  • Coordinate vendor services for design, printing, photography, ad placement, and related activities

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal and external communications and recommend improvements.

  • Offer insights to enhance market coverage, content, and overall effectiveness of materials.

  • Aid in the removal of obsolete products from marketing materials and literature.

  • Assist with various duties as assigned that align with overall marketing objectives.

Required Education/Experience
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, journalism and/or communications and minimum two years’ experience in the marketing communications field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint) and other relevant software.

  9. Familiarity with basic graphic design software Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus.

  10. Experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms is preferred.

  11. Ability to travel 5-10% of the time as required by the role.

  12. Knowledge of the medical device industry and/or familiarity with imaging or treatment platforms used in cancer care is advantageous.
