The Co-pack Specialist will support the Product Management team and report to the Vice President (VP) of Product Management. This role involves collaborating with the sales and production teams to meet customer needs, focusing on vendor relationships, order management, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Relationships: Maintain contact with vendors and assist as needed by the manager in contract, and price management to optimize costs.
Order Management: Coordinate order flow for timely fulfillment, monitor order status, and resolve delivery issues.
Demand Planning: Work with Sales, and the VP of Product Management to develop demand forecasts and get approval on any adjustment based on sales data.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing waste.
Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to ensure product availability.
Issue Escalation: Identify and address minor issues independently while escalating more complex problems to the manager for guidance and support.
Reporting: Prepare reports on order fulfillment and inventory levels to assess performance.
Logistics Support: Assist with transportation needs for delivery of products to distribution centers.
Other projects: Assist in any special projects and tasks assigned to you by the manager.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Associate degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years' experience in Product Management or food manufacturing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Driven, self-motivated and always seeking ways to continually learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in food manufacturing or supply chain management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide detailed reports to Sales and VP of Product Management.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with all levels of management, colleagues, and vendors.
Experience effectively interpreting, summarizing, and forecasting the company's business activity.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and competing priorities with a high degree of flexibility in a constantly fast-evolving environment while meeting deadlines and deliverables.
