Enterprise Change Management (ECM) drives the consistent, scalable, and repeatable execution of change across Wells Fargo.
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant (Portfolio Manager) to join the Enterprise Change Management Portfolio Management & Insights (ECM PMI) team. PMI is responsible for oversight and monitoring of the enterprise portfolio, focusing on the company's most complex, highest risk, and strategically critical change initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Assess, investigate, and provide transparency to the enterprise portfolio, reviewing and assessing overall health, impacts, risks, and escalating as needed.
Escalate programs/products that are non-compliant, represent elevated risk, contain cross-business impacts, or do not meet ECM standards through ECM governance routines.
Review and disposition escalations (pertaining to risks and impediments) from Programs and Products.
Develop expert knowledge on key portfolios of change, understand strategy, risk, and change drivers for the work, and be able to communicate key details clearly and concisely to executive leaders and risk management experts.
Manage change portfolio performance for the company's largest, most complex, and highest-risk change initiatives.
Analyze portfolio performance to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Partner with business, technology, risk, and control executives to influence approaches to improve change delivery, risk management and business outcomes.
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the Enterprise and serve as an expert advisor on change management and change risk.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
7+ years of direct experience managing and reporting on extremely large, complex, and/or company-wide change portfolios, particularly those representing $100M or more in investment expense.
Expert written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in change management, both in Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
Expert experience in conducting complex analysis and communicating results and recommendations to executive audiences.
Experience and strong understanding in change management methodologies (Both Technology and People side of change)

Base Compensation Range:
$120,400.00 - 250,000.00 USD Annual
Eligible for discretionary annual bonus.
