In this role, you will:
Understands the strategic direction of the organization and considers current state environment, areas of potential value or risk and other insights that influence strategy creation for moderately complex initiatives
Independently prioritizes tasks/projects; executes promptly to deliver results
Supports effective partnerships by defining roles and responsibilities, tracking progress and delivering on commitments
Supports maintaining and troubleshooting large-scale business applications including production support, coordinates root cause analysis and documents workarounds, etc.
Independently sources and transforms raw, unstructured data into an analyzable format; manages internal and external data sources using database tools and software
Independently applies business acumen to analyze stakeholder needs and identify gaps in solutions; recommends action plans or next steps
Acts as a strategic partner on common situations; assesses issues, identifies root causes, recommends relevant solutions and influences others to reach decisions
Independently makes routine decisions, considering cross- functional / cross-geographic information, as applicable
Synthesizes basic data or information; asks questions, tests assumptions and seeks additional inputs to create a holistic understanding of situations or problems
Uses insights to frame issues, draw conclusions and make decisions or recommendations
Effectively shares or explains moderately complex concepts
Identifies analytical opportunities based on business or stakeholder needs and customizes programming scripts to accelerate analysis
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Intermediate knowledge of SQL to query data sets and research issues
Experience with the Agile technology product delivery model and JIRA tool
Experience in data operations, data management, defect management or data analytics
Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tool
Intermediate knowledge of SQL to query data sets and research issues

Experience with creating and managing Confluence sites
Basic to intermediate knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS, SAS, and Alteryx
Basic knowledge of data management principles and industry standards
Demonstrated strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $73,100.00 - $129,900.00 Benefits
