Wells Fargo is seeking a Learning and Development Senior Manager to provide strategic oversight, transformation and management for the COO learning strategy and portfolio.
In this role, you will:
Engage and influence senior stakeholders, internal partners, and peers
Own end to end learning strategy for COO and transform the portfolio
Consult with Management and Operating Committees and business leaders resulting in learning strategies and solutions to positively impact individual performance and achieve business objectives
Partner with instructional design team to create learning strategy and solutions with measurable impact aligned with business priorities
Ensure effective implementation and delivery of training and development solution
Manage and develop a team of individual contributors
Manage budget and resources to meet the developmental needs and priorities of a business division and the company
Utilize deep knowledge of most aspects of learning across many business disciplines to influence, evaluate and drive new development programs and solutions to advance and drive business unit performance
Determine appropriate strategy and actions to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
Interpret and develop policies and procedures for operations that have moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers, as well as interact directly with external customers
Consult with Management and Operating Committees, business leaders, more experienced managers and human resources professionals to evaluate and implement learning solutions to improve talent development, individual engagement, and retention within a business division and the company
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Learning and Development Consulting
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Learning and Development Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of Management experience, directly or as a player/coach
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in Program Management, Product Management, and/or Project Management through previous roles, showing ability to move an initiative forward.
Experience working with senior executives and leading initiatives across large, global complex organizations
Understanding of financial services industry or experience in a highly regulated environment
Data analysis to inform learning strategy focused on performance outcome
Ability to manage business partner priorities from a strategic and tactical level in a large HR organization
Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to create executive level presentations with minimal guidance
Passion for training and development, with an ability to deliver training materials in a variety of mediums
Familiarity with instructional design
Ability to manage a dynamic workload, balancing multiple priorities
Passion for supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 15%
Hybrid work schedule at one of the posted locations: San Antonio or Dallas, TX; Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN; Phoenix/Chandler, AZ; or Charlotte, NC

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Benefits
