Schedule – Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at our corporate office during office hours.
Compensation Package–
$36.06 to $38.46 / Hour*
The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based upon a candidate’s experience and the geographical location of this position.

What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in an administrative/executive assistant role.
Experience in Property Development/Real Estate preferred.
Customer service experience required.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Your Role
Administrative Support:
Must be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be proficient and experienced with Microsoft Office programs (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be hardworking and have ability to complete time sensitive tasks.
Ability to identify workload and prioritize tasks accordingly to meet deadlines.
Research and respond to information requests in a timely manner.
Always represent the company in a professional manner.
Must have stress tolerance and patience in interpersonal communication.
ACG Design/Development & AHB Support:
Help keep ACG Design, ACG Development, and AHB documents organized, on ProCore, FTP Site, Hanging Files and Archived Documents.
Compile meeting minutes as they pertain to an applicable development. Formulate memos based on findings.
Complete feasibility and research in order to complete assigned tasks from development checklist in cooperation with other APD team members.
Compile, scan and log all applicable items needed for syndication files.
Promote teamwork with co-workers as well as outside consultants and entities to achieve timely completion of all work in accordance with Project schedules.
Become a market expert for local and regional submarkets.
Perform routine office and design tasks necessary for the operation and presentation of design boards.
Track RFI, Submittals, ASI, and other documentation in Procore.
Help director of development, development managers complete applications for submittals to applicable jurisdictions.
Plan and execute all travel plans for ACG Design, ACG Development, and AHB.
General Support:
Assist in other duties as needed and directed. Setting up conference rooms for meetings, organizing lunches, watching the front desk, coordinating travel, coordinating vacation, vehicle tracking etc.
Must be a team player with a willingness to support colleagues with tasks outside of his/her primary role in order to achieve various organizational goals.
Stand-in as Front Desk Reception help as needed.
Miscellaneous typing/data entry projects.
