The Sam's Club Financial Services team sits within the Growth organization at Sam's Club. Our team has responsibility for theSam's Club credit card program, and to launch additional strategic financial services products where we can deepen relationships and engagement with our members.

How you'll make an impact
Lead and manage marketing strategy development in conjunction with internal and external partners to ensure business goals are met, while managing a budget and supporting Financial Services and partner objectives including growth and return on investment.
Collaborate with internal and external Marketing teams to develop and execute a marketing calendar that encompasses all channels, physical and digital, to expand and deepen engagement of Sam's Club Members with Sam's Club's Financial Services products.
Utilize your skills to leverage insights and analytics to drive business decisions to develop programs and to measure their impact on Financial Services, Sam's Club as a whole and for the partner.
Maintain a "test and learn" mindset to understand what worked, how to refine future campaigns and drive innovation in how Financial Services goes to market.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in Financial Services or related field; OR 8 years' experience in Financial Services
4 years' experience leading and completing cross-functional projects and experience with Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Data
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
4+ years' experience leading financial services within large retail organization or financial institutions
4+ years delivering results in large, complex, matrixed organizations
4+ years strategic planning experience; leveraging data-driven, analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making
2+ years' experience in Retail operations

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
