The Operations Supervisor - Production supports Human Technologies mission of Creating Employment for People with Disabilities by overseeing the day to day operations of manufacturing, assembly, and packaging departments, including production scheduling, material distribution and staffing. Primary responsibilities include employee safety, satisfying customer requirements for delivery and quality, and managing all activities within established cost standards.
