Elanco HSE Academic Worker:

Your Role: Elanco Health Safety Environment (HSE) Academic Worker

As an HSE Academic Worker, you will assist in the day-to-day safety-related support and coaching for assigned customers and will participate in the design, implementation and execution of plant safety and injury prevention initiatives. Below are key objectives of the project:

• Provide a practical real-life solution to a manufacturing business technical project


• Work individually and with a supervisor to achieve the site safety objectives.


• Document and present project accomplishments and progress

Your Responsibilities:

• Assessing & Improving Compliance


• Hazard Assessment & Control


• Program Development & Administration


• Provide Safety Training

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): 

• Education: High School Diploma


• Strong communication skills, both written and oral


• A self-starter with ability to manage multiple competing tasks


• Attending school in undergrad in a Safety or Environmental program or a grad student in the area of Safety or Environmental.
