ECS is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to work in our Norman, OK office.
Job Description:
Personal Computer Technician with experience providing Tier 1/2 helpdesk support for both internal and remote computer end-users. Ability to:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 telephone support for computer end-users at the organizational office and for remote end-users.
Provide direct desktop support for computer end-users at the organizational office.
Participate in Information Technology projects for implementation of IT systems for organizational functional groups and teams.
Provide Remote Support using RDP and other remote control tools to computer end-users.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair Microsoft Windows-based desktop computer hardware and associated applications in a networked environment.
Participate in Information Technology projects as specified in project plans and designs.
Assist in maintenance, repair, and administration of auxiliary IT Systems, such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies and VOIP systems.
Responsible for normal computer support operations; takes calls from Call Distribution system, opens, updates and closes IT Support Desk Tickets, and resolves user problems or escalates to responsible engineer.
Performs basic voice mail administration.
Performs basic VOIP system user management.
Manages and installs Microsoft workstation images.
Intermediate technical experience to install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware & software configurations.
IT Associate or Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

DBA Admin Fundamentals
