Description: Overview: As a valued team member, the Maintenance Trainer prioritizes safety by leading and supporting efforts to identify, eliminate, and reduce risks, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment. This proactive role involves creating training plans for all team members that align with company standards and priorities. The Maintenance Trainer leverages their expertise to identify process gaps, new development opportunities, and ways to advance the business. Additionally, they build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and administer evaluations for the training and development program for both new and existing employees.
Ensure all training and development programs prioritize safety, food safety, and quality.
Monitor the training environment for new methods and tools to incorporate into the training program.
Stay updated on subject matter changes to revise training materials accordingly. Develop, maintain, and implement a training schedule in collaboration with Maintenance Management.
Conduct ongoing training in all aspects of maintenance, administration, and related topics.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required training documentation, including best practices for using the e-learning management system.
Assist in writing and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
