Implementations, and Support Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Onboarding, Implementation, and Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving transformation and enhancing the client onboarding experience. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent project management skills, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Day-to-day responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement innovative methods to streamline the client onboarding process, reducing the time required for completion.

  • Manage and coordinate complex onboarding projects, ensuring timely completion and achieving a high success rate.

  • Serve as the primary contact for real-time product permissions management for global users.

  • Oversee the migration of entitlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Collaborate on the implementation lifecycle and manage the entire client journey, showcasing expertise in project management and client relations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client-centric initiatives and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and address their concerns, resulting in increased client satisfaction.

  • Contribute to the strategic implementation of clients to trade globally, defining and documenting the trade life cycle and business processes.

  • Adapt to changing environments and work with internal and external stakeholders to provide a roadmap for business process execution.


Essential traits:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in client onboarding, implementation, and support roles.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, JIRA, and Tableau is a plus.

  • Ability to organize, multi-task, and problem-solve effectively.
