Job Description
Hybrid - onsite and remote.
This position requires on-site support. Candidates must live within commutable distance to one of our US locations:Baltimore, Santa Clara, Plano, Irvine, Austin, Cary.
Principal Responsibilities/Duties:
Maintenance of a clearly defined and documented Quality Assurance Program meeting the requirements of ISO 17025, ISO 17065, ISO 17020 and other applicable standards.
Maintain a culture of professionalism and outstanding customer service both internal and external.
Support of programs to maintain industry certifications and registrations.
Participate in external and internal audit processes.
Informing department directors / managers of any quality deficiencies in their departments, guiding root cause analysis and verifying corrective actions
Training in execution of Quality Assurance/Quality Control functions
Qualifications
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree plus 1 year of experience in a Quality role or AA with 3 years of experience.
Documented experience in the following root cause analysis and corrective action.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
This position requires onsite support. Candidates must live within commutable distance to one of our US locations.
Ability to travel to our US locations as needed.

Preferred but not required:
Experience in the TIC E&E business (Test, Inspection & Certification Electronics and Electrical business).
Knowledge of Product Safety, Environmental Simulation, Wireless and EMC testing business.
