Responsibilities

We seek a skilled Project Manager to lead our Municipal Infrastructure projects. As the Project Manager, you will oversee all project elements, including conceptual design, project execution, client interaction, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project success within budget, schedule, and quality parameters. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in water distribution, wastewater collection systems, project management, team development, and leadership skills. Experience with wastewater treatment and production facilities design and management is preferred.

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate resources for multiple significant projects.
  • Develop and achieve project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Manage to prepare reports, budgets, specifications, plans, and permits.
  • Review and perform quality control on project documents.
  • Ensure production work meets client expectations and industry standards.
  • Develop teaming arrangements, lead proposals, and maintain client relationships.
  • Write technical papers for publication.
  • Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members.
  • Conduct project lessons learned and create recommendation reports.
  • Utilize engineering software and equipment for document preparation.
  • Ensure project team quality meets guidelines.
  • Monitor construction site progress and fulfill contract duties.
  • Establish, expand, and maintain client relations.



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Current professional engineer (PE) license in Texas required.
  • Knowledge of water distribution and sanitary sewer collection systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microstation, and/or OpenRoads.
  • Strong understanding of TCEQ rules and regulations.
  • Familiarity with surveying and engineering terminology.
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience with mentoring junior staff is preferred.
