Job Description
Assistance in general analytical techniques to characterize purified proteins/antibodies, such as concentration, purity and biophysical properties.
Buffer and sample preparation, acquire data on instruments such as HPLCs, DSC, nanoDSF and other relevant equipment.
Work collaboratively with Lilly PBS team on-site to ensure smooth operation of lab instruments, and to achieve critical research objectives and timelines.
Data analysis and data capture of experimental results using E-notebook and data sharing in a timely manner.
Detail oriented and precise in routine lab practice.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or similar discipline
Basic knowledge of lab activities, such as making buffers, performing calculations, documenting experiments and data analysis.
Experiences in basic protein analytical characterizations technique, familiarly with HPLCs is highly desirable.
Experience with biophysical assays and other analytical techniques is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
