Medline Industries, LP has an immediate opening for an Associate Campus Recruiter located at our corporate office in Northfield, IL. This individual will manage the full cycle recruiting effort of sourcing, recruiting, selecting and placing qualified candidates into entry level and internship positions. Build relationships with schools and partner with internal business partners and recruiters to execute campus activity and recruiting processes.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the full cycle recruiting for campus entry-level and internship positions. Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, make reference and background checks, administer assessment testing, coordinate offer letters, offer presentation and follow up correspondence.
Identify organizational need, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills. Provide guidance and accountability for all hiring managers and campus representatives to ensure a consistent, high quality process is followed.
Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. This includes building a relationship with core schools and coordinating campus events and activity.
Support campus branding efforts and virtual engagement strategies.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
Work Experience
Experience in HR recruiting processes and practices (i.e., compensation, EEO laws, interviewing skills, sourcing strategies, etc.) in addition to at least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience for Non-exempt and/or Exempt positions.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong communication and presentation skills
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Up to 100% travel during peak recruiting seasons (Sept-Oct/Jan-Feb), up to 20% travel during off-season
