Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Leadership and Drive: Act as a leader and driver by preparing, driving, and following-up on meetings, conversations, and action items to support overall project needs.

  • Lead Planning and Requirements: Lead planning and requirements for functional business areas, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Documentation and Communication: Document requirements through various methods such as process flows, user journeys, wireframes, and ultimately user stories. Communicate findings and needs to both business partners and development teams.

  • Agile Project Experience: Lead the understanding, documenting, and articulating of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with business partners and delivery teams; and collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and recommend solutions, building strong relationships and trust along the way.

  • Business Process Design: Design business processes for high complexity objectives, ensuring they are effectively modeled and measured, driving business improvements.

  • Solution Collaboration & Communication: Communicate and collaborate on solution capabilities with the Technical Lead, ensuring clarity and alignment.

  • Mentorship and Direction: Mentor and provide work direction to others, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Salesforce Experience: Demonstrated project experience with Salesforce, a strong understanding of Salesforce products and capabilities, and familiarity with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. Salesforce certifications are a big plus.
