Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The Global Service and Repair (GS&R) Service Operations Team supports GS&R Departmental Operations in the company's Capital Equipment Repair business. The GS&R Service Operations Intern will work closely with our training team to gain hands-on experience identifying and analyzing business processes and developing training content and programs for the department. The internship will expose the intern to the ADDIE model of instructional design. This collaborative effort aims to enhance operational efficiency and explore innovative training methods. We look forward to supporting the intern in achieving these goals and contributing valuable insights to our team
This internship will run from May 2025 - August 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Santa Barbara , CA facility. .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
Progress towards a college degree in E ducation or Instructional Design required. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
