Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The Global Service and Repair (GS&R) Service Operations Team supports GS&R Departmental Operations in the company's Capital Equipment Repair business. The GS&R Service Operations Intern will work closely with our analysts to gain hands-on experience identifying and analyzing business processes and developing reports and metrics using enterprise data tools and AI technologies. The internship will empower the intern to assist our analysts in their respective process areas. This collaborative effort aims to enhance operational efficiency and explore innovative applications of AI within our department. We look forward to supporting the intern in achieving these goals and contributing valuable insights to our team.

This internship will run from May 2025 - August 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility. .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process Discovery Experience.


• Enterprise Analytics Platform Experience.


• Operational Metrics Generation Improvement Activities.


• Artificial Intelligence Experience.

Education and Experience:

Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Information/Data Science, Economics, or Statistics . (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
