We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our family-oriented team as Wheel Nut Assembly (AKA Tapping) Operator on Weekend Warrior Day Shift at our Savanna location.

Job Summary: As a Wheel Nut Assembly Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for operating assigned mechanical equipment, ensuring the quality of our products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a supportive work environment.

Pay:

• Starting at $18.13-20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

• Operate assigned mechanical equipment with precision and efficiency
• Ensure that all products meet quality control requirements
• Complete all necessary documents accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area according to 5S standards
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Experience and Education:

• Work under direct supervision, handling basic issues and referring complex matters to higher-level staff
• Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience

Competencies/ Skills:

• Ability to interpret work instructions accurately
• Strong aptitude for following written and verbal directions
• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in basic mathematical concepts
