We are seeking someone with SAP experience who can join our team to assist with SAP implementation within our Supply Chain Function. You will also organize the downstream flows within the manufacturing plant and improve the manufacturing SC performance; run the Distribution Requirement Planning and the Manufacturing Production Scheduling; and lead the SIOP meetings and collaborate with all support areas to ensure the commitments of the plant are accomplished and aligned to demonstrated capacity.
What will you do?
• Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management including ramp-up & ramp-down to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock / express cost / SIOP (Master Production Schedule) and evaluate production plan attainment
• Manage physical inventory levels and trigger replenishment based off reporting and analysis.
• Manage the continuous needs/resources balance (MRP, Kanban .. ) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products.
• Measure the ISSR and S-OTD & U-OTD (External Supplier Service Rate) and drive action.
• Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage and take actions to ensure the availability of product.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing to provide value added lean solutions for material flow and material handling
What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office & SAP
• Ability to partner, influence, collaborate & communicate across the enterprise and with external built relationships
• Independently solve problems and make decisions for primary and strategic execution and tactical issues within the relevant portfolio of projects and or processes.
• Proficient user of SQL and tableau preferred.
