This nationwide firm is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager in the Austin Region ASAP as the role is deemed Mission Critical. This individual will be the leader for a $100 million dollar project in Austin, TX, and will need to coordinate across multiple teams and departments to ensure timely communication as well as project management.
Your new role
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Manage on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain effective communication with clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Address and resolve project-related issues promptly. Maintain project logs and documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Monitor project costs and manage change orders.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or equivalent work experience required
Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience required
Understanding of construction project plans and specifications required
Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget
Experience in the implementation of building infrastructure with mission-critical or data center experience preferred
