BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Dispatcher Analyst/CSR for an opportunity which is located in Austin, TX[Remote].

Pay Range: $20/Hr on W2

Job Description:
- Dispatcher Analyst is responsible for daily efforts in delivering intra-day management with in promoting resources to achieve business objectives.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- High school degree or GED required,
- 2 years of college preferred (emphasis on Business Administration or Healthcare Management) or equivalent work experience.
- Interact professionally with Internal/External staff to provide appropriate and timely responses to inquiries and concerns regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance for Medicaid programs.
- Process to completion 100% of assigned applications utilizing documented work instructions daily to reduce minimum impact to any service level agreements.
- Key functional responsibility includes the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of how planning/forecasting staffing requirements translate to the creation of optimal schedules and real-time (intra-day) management to support multi-department operations
