Experience the Matrix Providers Advantage. We strive to provide a framework of stability and structure for our valued employees. Matrix Providers is hiring a Dentist to join our team of talented medical professionals to conduct a one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams in Fairbanks, AK.

• PRN
• Option of days, Monday-Friday, no weekends, 8:00am-4:00pm
• 3-5 Veterans per 8-hour day
• Independent Contractor
• Negotiable hourly rate
• No treating or prescribing.
• Assessment experience a plus but not required.

When available, examinations begin with a review of the Veterans medical history, which includes an abstract that highlights portions of the history applicable to the Veterans claim.

Our providers are proud to deliver high quality, convenient health care by:

• Providing examinations for Veterans to help them receive their VA benefits in a timely manner.
• Being flexible in the appointment scheduling process
• Submitting electronic records within 24-hours of the exam
